It seems like just yesterday that I was in Tennessee visiting my sister for her birthday and shopping for my daughter's baby shower which we were planning for Thanksgiving weekend. Well, it's been a year ago now and Miss Caroline is 8 months old and just celebrated her first Halloween. My sister, who is a Halloween baby (I told her she was the best Halloween treat I ever got) loves dressing up for Halloween and making creative and unique costumes, has decided that that would be her and Caroline's special bonding activity. She will be her personal costume designer. Once she's old enough to make her own requests all she has to do is let Auntie M (she's also a HUGE Wizard of Oz fan so we thought the name was only fitting) know what she would like to be and she will have a one of a kind custom made costume. This year her mommy put in a request for an Indian costume so Auntie M. got to work and even included the authentic suede moccasins. As you can see Miss Caroline had a very happy first Halloween.
